Bài hát thành công mới đây của Williams, Happy, là nhạc phim hoạt hình Despicable Me 2 (ra mắt hồi cuối năm ngoái). Làm nhạc cho phim hoạt hình cũng là một kinh nghiệm khác lạ với Williams, vì ý tưởng đã được đạo diễn, biên kịch quyết định từ trước: một bài hát nói về niềm hạnh phúc. MV Happy được Williams quay rất thú vị. Ý tưởng là “24 giờ hạnh phúc”, với từng cảnh là một mốc thời gian trong ngày. Nhiều khách mời nổi tiếng đã xuất hiện trên đường phố và hát theo bài hát này, gồm có Jamie Foxx, JoJo, Kelly Osbourne, Jimmy Kimmel… Bản thân Williams xuất hiện 24 lần. |
